Refund Policy

All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Shoot an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Important to know:

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)
  • All items are subject to a $.99 restocking fee
  • If an item is received damaged or not as described, please reach out to the Kids Klothes support team
  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items

Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States:

  • Items purchased with Kids’ Klothes store credits will always be refunded back as store credits. 

Orders shipped internationally or outside the contiguous 48 United States:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
  • Kids’ Klothes does not offer return shipping labels for orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States at this time. Please secure a return shipping label and mail your returns to:
